All artworks are shipped from Seattle, WA, using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Each piece is professionally packed and fully insured for its value to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Rates (USA):

• $350–$1,500: $45.50 flat rate

• $1,501–$3,500: $95.50 flat rate

• $3,501–$7,000: $184.50 flat rate

Shipping rates include packaging, insurance, and tracking. Most orders are processed within 3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

For oversized, custom, or international orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

We want you to love your new artwork! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork to initiate a return.

• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

• Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
